A Method for Detection of Fire Source Positions in High-Temperature Areas

Spontaneous combustion of coal is an important disaster that needs to be addressed in the mine production process. Since its ignition position often unknown and concealed, determining goaf great significance work safety mining area. This study measured thermal conductivity samples using spherical model, obtains fitting relationship between conductivity, heating voltage U inner sphere outer wall temperature t1 by inputting different voltages, correlation coefficient R2 was all greater than 0.99. Through analysis geometric it determined point at vertical depth 16.542m from highest goaf, distance source ranged 13.49m 1.03m when 60℃ 1700℃. comparison with actual data, error found 4.7%, indicating proposed model more accurate.
